Each month, Still Becoming brings you a Check-In episode. These episodes are focused on mental health, emotional health, or personal growth, and involve a short teaching and a few take aways in around 15 to 30 minutes.
I asked a while back on Instagram what might be one topic you guys really want to hear about in these Check-In episodes, and the consistent response was an episode about healthy and unhealthy relationship patterns, and questions about rewiring after a difficult relationship or family dynamic. We are exploring boundaries, codependency, interdependence, and attachment styles. It is a rich episode.
