Virgi Chan shares her experience working on episode two of 'Restaurants on the Edge' for Netflix recently. What a fascinating time she had as a talent scout for the pre-production stage of the show and also being featured in the actual episode as the street food expert in Hong Kong. Her local food tour business, Humid with a Chance of Fishballs really enabled her to shine on the show as she showcased Hong Kong and its local foods; demonstrating her expertise, knowledge and talent. Virgi gives us an insight into the behind the scenes processes of creating the Netflix show and shares some anecdotes that did not make it onto the screen. This is a great insight into both the creation of a Netflix program and also the street foods of Hong Kong. Check out 'Restaurants on the Edge' on Netflix- you will love it!
