When it comes to minor pro hockey, there was no shortage of toughness. Most of the toughness landed in one league before others and that league was the WPHL. Who holds the 2nd most career PIM of all time in that league? Peter Zurba of course. Peter amassed 2,507 career PIM with 1,077 of them coming from the WPHL alone. Peter is a legend in his own right in that league and also played with some legends himself! Jacques Mailhot, Mick Vukota, Craig Coxe, Kevin Kaminski, and more.
