In this audio coaching session, where you download the recording and listen to it on the run as if I'm there with you, we are dialling the volume back a little from previous weeks, to return to 6 sets of 400m (or 90s, whichever comes first), 60s rest and then 200m (or 50s whichever comes first) with 2m 30s rest between sets. Similar to episode 8 but with more reps and less rest - it is, therefore, a good benchmark!
While there is no specific mention of Barnard Castle, there is a little discussion on some of the mental health fall-out from the weekend's events!
