As humans, we react to change in a variety of ways. Some seek to understand, some ignore, some seek distractions and some just freak out!! For many it is to try to find control again. And for others they look for a solution, they look for a way back to the normal they know. I would be remiss if I did not mention those who just surrender, not give up, but choose to go with the flow if it and see what the change brings their way.
This is true in our current world, but it's also true in your relationships.
