EP 62: Bringing Purpose and Support to Your Veteran Workforce w/ US Navy SEAL Andy Arrabito

This has to be one of my all time favorite interviews I've ever recorded. Not only did I get to connect with Andy after we've tried over the past three years, he sparked some of the best memories I've had in my career while I listen to him talk about how his team finds purpose in their work and what he does to support them as a leader.

Matt was a graduate in the first cohort when the Virginia Beach campus opened in the spring of 2016, where I was one of the original five coaches. Matt is a retired 26 year Navy SEAL Captain who is now leading The Honor Foundation which provides Special Forces Operators and support staff structured career transition support.
