#23. Will there be enough roles for coaches at the restart and if not, then what?

In this episode I discuss the reality of there not being enough roles available for coaches to go back to, in what is already an ultra competitive industry with a lack of opportunities at the best of times. What happens if clubs and academies dissolve? What happens if Full-Time roles are turned to Part-Time ones and what happens if 'furlough' was a better word for ' you're still being let go'.... A few additional ideas on how to prepare for a worst case scenario are also included.
