I caught up with Charlotte Purdue on Zoom and recorded it. Wasn't quite sure how it would go, turns out its sort of a rustic hybrid between a chat and an interview.
We talk about lockdown training, virtual races, lack of actual races, loss of income and Olympic dreams for the 4th fastest British female marathoner of all-time (and third fastest over the HM - behind just Liz McColgan and Paula Radcliffe).
Hope you get something from it.

The Milestone Pursuit is designed to help people set their milestones and then develop the step by step plan, often over many months or years to reach them (the pursuit). But we also have a pursuit of our own – to help improve the standards of British elite marathon running. At the moment we do that by building a fund to provide some financial support to Charlotte, Josh Griffiths and Dan Studley. More details on that can be found at https://themilestonepursuit.com/the-milestone-pursuit-in-running/investment-into-british-marathon-running/)
If you wish to contribute to this and/or help me develop my interviewing/chatting skills (and productuon skills!) to create more content like this, please visit our Patreon Page where you can also read about our Early Milestones coaching package; https://www.patreon.com/themilestonepursuit?fan_landing=true
