In this audio coaching session, where you download the recording and listen to it on the run as if I'm there with you, we do some fartlek - which is loosely translated in Swedish into speed-play - where we run continuously but mix up the paces. I say run, but one of the paces is indeed a walk. A great session requiring just 30 minutes that teaches us to change up the paces through a run.
Includes the usual pre-amble with a focus on rising tensions.....
