This time, I talked to James Swift from London, United Kingdom.

James is originally from the US, grew up in Seattle and studied in Perugia, Italy, attended the University of Washington and lived as a Peace Corps in Kyrgyzstan and received his MBA in Nice France.

In London, he founded UrbanStay (https://www.urban-stay.co.uk/) with his partner after raising significant capital and are now operating high-end serviced apartments in the heart of the City focusing on serving the corporate temporary accommodation market.

Together they grew UrbanStay from 0 to £3.6m turnover in first three years

and won "Best Operator 51 - 200 Apartments" by Serviced Apartment News twice in just six years
