On this episode of the Tarot Coven ‘cast, we’re talking all about Impostor Syndrome and shadow work. We offer some insight into what these topics are, how they’ve affected us personally, and how we can use Tarot and other resources to help us navigate these things. Plus, Jechanovia’s cat makes a special appearance and lightens the mood for us!
Seriously, though, shadow work – or whatever you might want to call it – is particularly important right now. We need to be addressing the parts of ourselves that we maybe don’t want to admit exist; the parts we’d prefer to ignore because it makes life easier. This is a necessary step in becoming better allies for our BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and families. We need to get out of our own heads, and stop letting fear get in the way of speaking up or taking a stand.
As we mention in the show, our podcast and advice, and Tarot itself, are not a substitute for therapy or seeking professional help with your mental health. Below, we’ve got some links to free mental health resources, for you or anyone in need!
Thanks for listening and keep making magic!
