Fable Food are an Australian alternative meat producer that use shiitake mushrooms as the base of their product.
Fable launched in Dec of 2019 and are backed by some high profile investors including Heston Blumenthal and Mike Cannon Brookes. They have already signed deals with some major Australian retail chains including Woolworths and Harris Farm Markets.
