Episode 76: Goals can be great. Really. They can serve you by launching you further in your career, relationships, success and health. But what happens when you become attached to the outcome of those goals? What happens when you are so focused on achieving a particular goal that you miss out on something much greater? Or you miss out on an opportunity that would bring you so much more joy?
I have spent plenty of time stressing about making my goals come to life, and as a result, missed out on some amazing chances to experience true bliss. I don't want that to happen to you!
