This is a timely reminder for those who are out of routine due to the pandemic, or previously injured, and/or jaded from a previous jiu jitsu experience. More than anything it's a fun discussion about why we train, and why we recommend it for all walks of life.

You were out for some time, and sadly, you came to terms with the idea that this game just isn’t for you. It became easier for you to stay at home - the couch is more comfortable than the chokes. Easier and more comfortable can be hard to pass up, and it's easy to take the bait."
