Everyone feels lonely from time to time, and that’s okay! Chronic loneliness, though, can be seriously detrimental to our health and happiness.
In this episode, Molly and Tricia share their own stories of lonely experiences and talk about ways they’ve pulled themselves out of that rut. Surprisingly, none of these include actually connecting with people…! Sometimes it’s all a matter of changing our thoughts, and sometimes it’s channeling our lonely energy into productive activities. Stick around until the end for some unexpected strategies that helped when they were most “in their feelings.”
