This episode was inspired by me starting to eat more Reese Cups when I go to the grocery store. I had one a few months ago, and that lead to another, and another. As I have said before when we do the wrong thing, we are practicing the wrong thing and we get really good at doing the wrong thing.

*4) Act!*

The key is the strategy of what to do instead of the bad habit, or the strategy to follow when things don't go smooth.
