Although I’ve been in business for over 4 years now, my agency, The Launch Guild, is only 2 years old! How crazy is that? It feels like I’ve been growing this thing for much longer! When I first started my agency I felt a lot of overwhelm. I felt a lot of burnout. I felt that it was harder rather than easier and I definitely didn't understand why people were so into agency model businesses!
