This week on my lovely couch surrounded by my pets, I explore Confirmation and Negativity bias in relationships. I recap Episode 6 and 7 of Season 4 of #Insecure and use them as examples of how these two biases have been working to the detriment of Issa and Molly. I also explore how we gather information to support our preconceived ideas or beliefs. I also examine why our brain and psyche is so fixated on negative stimuli and experiences.
