OH YOU DIDN'T KNOW!?!?!?!?! It's bestie time on the couch this week!!!!!! My special guest on the show this week is Charles R. Strong, III, MS, LPC-S of Strong Counseling Solutions, LLC in Gretna, LA. Oh as I have called him for many years, Ricky, my best friend. We reminisce on our long journey together and how he became interested in the field of Mental Health/Psychology. We talk about our shared career journey as well as his path to Licensure and now his private practice. Ricky and I also explore how COVID-19 has impacted mental health for us and how we deliver services. We discuss some concerns and limitations about distance therapy and how our love of video games made the transition easier. Lastly, we look back on our some of favorite moments together. And man, there are far too many to count!!!!
