Welcome to the first session of 2020!!!!!! This week, I give a some self-disclosure about my struggle with another form of anxiety, Social Anxiety. I go back to one of my favorite films, The Wood in this week's preview clip. In this session, I explore adaptive and not so adaptive coping strategies for dealing with coping with social anxiety. And I've definitely used both. Social anxiety has been kinda crippling for me at times, but I offer self-disclosure for me in my personal journey.
