The J2 Hub | Having Systems and Solutions in place is what ultimately builds a successful Serviced Accommodation Business, Tally shares how he has grown through COVID-19
⠀
⠀
In the testing times, we have recently been through with COVID-19, and pretty much the world coming to a period of a standstill, one of the biggest industries to offer was the Serviced accommodation (SA) sector and in particular the likes of businesses who choose Airbnb and Booking.com to market their properties and business in general. ⠀
⠀
⠀
I had the pleasure of speaking to Tally Sanga, who is a well-known face in the Birmingham SA scene. His name has popped up a few times whenever I've had guests on my podcast talking about SA. So it made perfect sense to get him on the show talking about his journey, growth and the ways he runs his business. ⠀
⠀
⠀
Tally is a very deep thinker, and he creates solutions to problems, he openly admits he's a lazy individual, and by this, he means he likes to have a system, people or solutions in place that do the job or the tasks for him. This has allowed him to build pretty hands of SA business which has seen some hard times during COVID-19 but has also thrived with Tally adding additional apartments to his current portfolio. ⠀
⠀
⠀
He's young, hungry and disrupting the SA arena in a big way! If you're in the SA arena or want to get into the world of SA, you need to give this podcast a listen.⠀
