James recently had a case where his Solicitor saved him from completing on what would have been nothing but thin air because the other side Solicitors were lying and being obstructive. Can you believe it? Solicitors were lying!⠀

Fortunately, he was able to get back all his funds and fees, what a result. Pulling out of Auction purchases is not as easy as it sounds, you don’t just lose the deposit, you can face bigger issues which we cover.⠀

We spoke about HATERS or H8rs as you may refer to them as what they are, why they appear and how to deal with them. You never know who may become one, or reveal themselves as a hater, but trust us you do not need these people in your life. Drop them, like a bad habit.⠀
