'The Trauma Cleaner’ Sandra Pankhurst has lived an extraordinary life.  
Adopted into an abusive family she emerged from neglect, malnourishment and violence, Sandra fathered children, failed her first marriage and sought out gender reassignment. From drag shows, brothels and violent rape she ‘rolled with the punches’ and turned her life around representing multiple business and community committees and building Victoria’s largest privately owned trauma cleaning company. 
Sandra’s empathy, compassion and meticulous work ethic proves that with the right attitude, perseverance and human spirit we can thrive beyond our adversities.
