Leah Alissa Bayer is the Founder and Managing Director of the architecture start-up EVIA Studio, an award-winning, 100% women-led, 100% virtual team of diverse professionals spread across the country who are passionate about creating exceptional and healthy living spaces for everyone. First registered in 2017 in California, Leah is licensed to practice in CA, HI, and WA and is based out of home offices in Palo Alto, CA and Bellingham, WA, while EVIA Studio serves clients throughout the Pacific States. Passionate about business leadership, Leah is Treasurer of AIA Silicon Valley, Founding Chair of the Practice Leadership Roundtable, and Advisor to AIA National's Center for Practice.
