Elizabeth Sutherland lived and grew up in the small Highland village of Culbokie in Scotland. She lived with her husband and two children just yards away from her childhood home and her parents. In 1984, she took her daughter to school and got on with some errands. When her daughter returned from school she found her mother on the floor of her bedroom. She had been stabbed multiple times. Elizabeth's murder caused fear and horror in the small community of 300 people and made people wonder who could have done such a thing?
