His background as a massage therapist, fitness coach and creative artist has allowed him to design a program that is built around Balance, Discipline and the Warrior Spirit. His unconventional training system focusing on safe and mindful Bodyweight and Steel Mace movements for performance, strength, mobility and recovery.
Erik’s journey has led him to train with athletes within major professional sports (NFL, UFC, MLB, NHL) as well as individuals who are starting or furthering their fitness.
Erik lives by the motto of “Kill your Ego” and expects students to enter the program with an open mind and willingness to learn and struggle.
