I was never one to pay attention to my cycle. Unless of course I was trying to get pregnant, or trying NOT to get pregnant. Otherwise I wanted VERY little to do with the whole thing. ⠀

And then I started having conversations with people....and I started reading books on the subject.....and this DESIRE to know MORE just would not go away!!!!⠀
For months now I have been learning about the MAGIC of the female body....but more specifically, the 4 phases we go through each month. Let's just say my mind is BLOWN.🤯⠀

✨I've discovered WHY some days I feel like I am the energizer bunny, and other days I feel as though I can't tackle ANYTHING on my to-do list. But more importantly, I have learned how to work with this.⠀

✨I now understand that following a typical workout calendar MIGHT NOT be in my best interest.....because it doesn't take into account WHERE I AM AT in my cycle. Because our bodies need different exercise, depending on which phase we are in.⠀

✨I have educated myself on WHICH FOODS I should be eating during each phase to better support my energy levels and my goals! Ever wonder why your weight fluctuates so much through the month? Now I understand how to work WITH that!⠀
