With no Kona this year or much racing at all, we look to the future to try and work out who we think will be the next new Kona champions. Who will be the next male and female athletes to win Kona who have never won Kona before?

Will it be crowd favourite Lionel Sanders or will his second place be his best effort? Can Lucy Charles-Barclay put together a performance good enough to beat Daniela Ryf? Or do we need to look further into the future at up and coming stars like Kristian Blummenfelt or Ashleigh Gentle?
