Ep. 169 3 Ways To Shift Your Focus So You Can Thrive

FOCUS — The current state of events, throws another distraction to steal your focus. Right now, a lot of men are experiencing Fear, Stress, Uncertainty, Low Self-Esteem.
I want you to know this is a normal response in times of adversity. When times get tough, we are constantly bombarded with negative news. It causes us to experience all of the feelings listed above... YOU CAN CHANGE THIS... IF YOU WANT! Here are my steps:
1. Decide what FEELING you want? (if you are feeling stressed, you may want to feel calm)
2. Decide what you need to FOCUS on to feel that way (focus on things that make you feel calm).
3. Establish triggers/reminders to focus on a specific thing (the news is a great trigger to make you feel negative emotions).
We all have the power to choose our experience of everyday events. I just take practice.. like most things in life.
