This could be down to a few things, but I’m gonna bet that at this time, you were doing a certain few things consistently in order to get those results.
You would have been exercising or drinking a lot of water, getting up earlier, networking, eating healthier, reading more, listening to more podcasts, journaling, meditating...
... maybe a combination of a few things.
You would have been doing things differently and then once you got that hot streak or that goal, you stopped.
