Self Awareness, Flexibility & My Advice for ‘Doing It All’
One of the questions I get asked the most is, “how do you do it?” Balancing family life, devoting time to my kids, running a business and trying to find time for myself in between all of that is quite honestly a full time job. I don’t think I have one resolute thing to tell my listeners when it comes to answering how I manage it all, but I can share some advice and strategies that have helped me over the years and shown me how to prioritise what matters most to me in my life.
In this episode, I’ll be discussing how I stay self aware and practice self reflection when it comes to situations that have happened with my children, why I’ve always believed that open communication is at the core of how I approach parenting, and a few of the ways in which I take time for myself and practice self care.
