Ebony Clarke, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker who has 20 years of experience working in both publicly funded and non-profit mental and behavioral health arenas including services and supports, leadership, organizational development, people management, equity and inclusion. She has worked on local, county, and state government initiatives around diversity, equity and inclusion. She has a coaching and consulting practice, raising two sons, Matteo and Miles, and is married to her husband Matt. Julia Adebawo is a Nigerian female leader who now lives in Oregon, where she finished her college degree at OSU. She is passionate about being a voice for her people and has a very unique vantage point I think you will be honored to hear. Listen in...
