In this conversation I speak with Anna Oloyede who recently finished university. She is a graphic designer, athlete, and model.
We dive into how she started athletics at a young age, competing at various events, including the 60m and the long jump. She shares key lessons learned during her time in competition, including advice learnt from fellow elite athletes. She also shares how she managed the challenging moments, including dealing with injury.
We talk about how her current work, including her modelling career.
Finally we discuss events in 2020, and her plans for the future.
What comes across in the conversation, is Anna is grounded, clear with her intentions, and has awareness of keeping true to herself. It was a great conversation.
