In this episode we speak with Kianna Gnap about foot health and its importance for achieving strong functional pain-free bodies.
Kianna is a fitness professional, athlete, and “Foot Nerd”. She is a certified personal and group fitness trainer. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Western University, and went on to pursue a Masters in European History from Kingston University in London, UK.
After completing her schooling, Kianna rediscovered her inherent passion for fitness and changed career trajectories at the age of 26. She currently works as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness. This year she graduated from The Foot Collective’s “Foot Nerd” program, and is enthusiastic about teaching others how build a strong, functional, and pain-free foundation.
