Today I'm going to teach you a process that I use with my clients to help them release those pent up emotions.
Get out of your head and learn to speak out loud. Say what you want, discharge those emotions.
It's not always about confronting the person you have issues with. Sometimes you can't. Maybe they're not in your life anymore- they've passed away or you have no idea where they are. You can still process these emotions.
Hopefully you can keep track. Listen over a few times and make space in your day to do this work.
