3 Non-Business Habits I Have That Make Me More Money

Today, we’re going to talk about 3 non-business-related activities that make me more money. Why is this important? You have to work on yourself first when you’re running a business. If you don’t, it’s kind of like being in a professional race car race without a pit crew.
Getting an edge in business can be weird and hard. All of the following steps have been crucial to the success that I have had in my business.
Meditation. Before you run away, picture a scenario. If you’re a weak person and you try to bench press a heavy weight in the gym with no experience and leave when you can’t do it, that would seem odd to other people. You have to practice it, the same as meditation. In today’s society, everyone is addicted to their phones and it’s important to strengthen your focus. After 6 weeks of consistent meditation, it’s scientifically proven to help your brain. Try it for even 1 minute a day and add 60 seconds each day.
Yoga changed my life. It’s similar to meditation on steroids, but it unites movement with your breathing. This exercise helps me to feel uncomfortable and breathe through discomfort. This can be a great asset for your business when you are stressed or dealing with uncomfortable situations.
CrossFit is strength training combined with aerobic activity. It helps with a lot of aspects: endorphins, exercise, being healthy and discipline. Exercise is going to give you energy and enthusiasm.
