Former British Royal Navy Aircrew Officer, Exercise Physiologist, Neuroscientist, Nutritionist and a student of Psychology = Paul knows a lot of sh*t.
What I love most about Paul is firstly his obsession will clinically proven research over fluffy bullsh*t, and secondly his say-it-how-it-is method of delivery.
