Anxiety is at the top of most conversations right now in light of a world pandemic. Unknowns are at every turn and whether you recognize you have anxiety or not, or are parenting a child or teen who struggles with anxiety, this season has created a whole new way of being for all of us. We are anxious about being anxious. Getting practical in episode 42, Terra puts on her clinical hat to help us learn how to reduce anxiety in our bodies and gain peace and presence to face our days. “Do not be anxiety…” was not a command in the book of Philippians but rather a recognition of our human condition to get anxious when things are not in our control.
