A session mead is a lower alcohol mead, often carbonated, that is gaining popularity. It's an easy drinker, and not terribly hard to make, once you know how. Often, session meads tend to be thin, and without body. We're going to dig into how to do that with Jason, and see what he does to create session meads that will knock your socks off.
