In this episode, I get real about the fact that we do not always FEEL like doing what we need to do in order to accomplish our goals and be the best version of ourselves. However, we can build self-discipline and leverage it to help us overcome the feelings in the moment. Our feelings and emotions are natural, but they don't always serve us well when it comes to becoming the best version of ourselves. And, I talk about the cheesy potato dumplings I enjoyed in Canada!
