What are you willing to fight for?
We all have that one goal that drives us in life, the one image that pulls us through the hard days and reminds us time and time again of what it’s all for. But when was the last time you were really honest with yourself about what was important to you? On a superficial level, we all know the easy answer to that question, but what about the ones that make us sit in the discomfort?
It’s what we learn there that defines how we will approach life moving forward. Once we know what our true passion is, the willingness to succeed and show up will organically follow us wherever we go. In today’s episode, I’m going to be discussing what willingness means to me and how that word has impacted me throughout my life.
I also share my personal weight acceptance journey during each of my pregnancies and what it taught me about my own willingness level, as well as why being honest with ourselves and our intentions is so important.
