Meg Keneally is co-author with Tom Keneally of The Soldier’s Curse, The Unmourned, The Power Game and The Ink Stain, the first four books in the Monsarrat series. Her debut solo novel, Fled, is based on the escape of First Fleet convict Mary Bryant and was released in 2019, with her second, The Wreck, coming out earlier this month.
Ahead of the release of The Wreck, Ben sat down with Meg to discuss the book, her love of the sea, Australian convict maritime history and more.
