This week I'm delighted to interview my very good friend Dani Saveker who is the global CEO of GLAS. GLAS is a method that can be used in any situation, for anyone.
The system is designed to help you understand there is any imbalance and then help you to create that balance. The understanding is that when we have alignment we have balance.
GLAS has been designed to be used by teams, businesses and individuals alike. For a business it can help to ensure there is a coherent message and vision, in a teams it can bring structure and alignment and in individuals it can help create understanding and balance. It really can be used by everyone everywhere.
The current circumstances has created a great deal of imbalance for everyone, and it is Dani's mission to bring GLAS to everyone.
