The stats demonstrate that generally speaking there is a gender pay and super gap between men and women (see the stats from Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA): https://www.wgea.gov.au/). Pascale Helyar-Moray is the founder of Super-Rewards, on the board of the Australian Gender Equality Council (https://www.agec.org.au/) and is a wealth of knowledge on this gender gap.
