Our inspirational guest Nancy Nettles has had a lifetime of struggles, from being sexually assaulted at a young age, her sister being murdered, and relationship challenges. After moving to a new city, she became sick, lost her job, and was homeless. Feeling hopeless, she attempted suicide multiple times. However, she always found comfort in journal writing and music. With the assistance of therapy, she was able to rebuild her life and get back on her feet. Listen in to hear Nancy’s journey as she overcame her struggles with loneliness.
