163. Stories: why they serve and why they don't
As an author, writing enthusiast and former college journalist, story and the art of story has been the pulse of my being since age 5. Plus, stories are how we humans make sense of the world. However, this year during my own stillness practice (and thanks to my coach), I started understanding the negatives of stories-- especially the ones we repeatedly tell ourselves.
This episode unpacks how and why stories can be addictive and thus hold us back from possibility.
