Stress is cumulative and can be thought of a big bucket that sits atop your head, collecting drops of all the things that can go wrong in life. Whether stress is acute or chronic, the bucket continues to fill until we lose control and the bucket tumbles and spills.
We discuss exercise, sleep, nutrition, and environmental toxins and how they impact the bucket!
