The YouTube Power Hour Podcast

What does it mean to be yourself on YouTube? (it's not what you think)
This week I interviewed my first set of twins - the GORGEOUS Kelsey and Kendra, a.k.a the GlamTwinz, and they talked a TON about being authentic, and how they credit their authenticity to their success on YouTube.
So what’s so important about authenticity? People don’t come to YouTube to watch someone phony… that’s what television is for.
Your energy translates well on camera, and your viewers are going to sense it. If you’re not being authentic, or creating content that doesn’t truly speak to who YOU are, your audience will feel that. By being unapologetically YOU; by being who YOU are, you will form connections with your audience. If you’re too focused on pleasing people, or on creating something that doesn’t truly align with you, your viewers will sense it.
If you’re creating content that you love and that you are passionate about, your channel will be much more sustainable, and the passion you have for what you're doing will translate to your videos.
Were you inspired by Kelsey and Kendra? Are you ready to commit to authenticity?
