90's Football Hall of Fame: Dennis Wise (w/Ste Tudor)
Ex-Chelsea midfielder and notorious scrapper Dennis Wise is the latest inductee into the 90's Football Hall of Fame.
The pint-sized Englishman spent the entirety of the decade at Stamford Bridge, where he won multiple honours including the Uefa Cup Winners' Cup, the FA Cup and the League Cup, making him the club's second most successful captain behind John Terry.
The Kensington native, who was also a member of the infamous 'Crazy Gang' at Wimbledon in the late eighties, had a reputation for being a shithouse as well, however, for his willingness to lunge into tackles and get involved in fights.
On the latest episode of the 90's Football Hall of Fame podcast, Ste McGovern and Peter Henry are once again joined by Ste Tudor to discuss Wise's penchant for violence, pinching Nicky Butt's crown jewels, grabbing John Terry by the neck and attacking Vinnie Jones while driving.
