003: "Once you see your highest self you can't unsee it" mit Jordan Russell

Today's interview is with Jordan Russell - a friend from the US whom I met in Peru at the end of 2019 year during my 2-week ayahuasca retreat.

We talk about some of his personal experiences with psychedelics, including ayahuasca, LSD, MDMA and magic mushrooms and their different effects.

Jordan has been an incredible support for me throughout the year, helping me to neatly integrate the experiences we have had together, as he himself has extensive knowledge in the field of psychotherapy in connection with psychedelics.

In the conversation he explains what it was like to meet his "Highest-Self" for the first time and why the experience from the Amazon is still the most profound in his life. Why his relationship with his parents has never been better and why letting go of things is, in his opinion, one of the most important lessons in life.
